Excursions

On Wednesday 9 July we will organise excursions to different locations in the Netherlands.

For a full description of each excursion please check the website.

There is space for all, but the capacity per location might be limited. There will be a minimum of 10 persons per excursion.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made before 1 April 2025 will receive a full refund less € 50,- administration fee.

Cancellations made between 1 April and 14 June 2025 will receive a 50% refund less € 50,- administration fee
No refunds are granted after 14 June 2025 (in extra-ordinary cases the organisation will look into the request and decide on a possible compensation)
No-shows will not be eligible for refunds

All refunds will be made after 11 July 2025.

We will use the data you provide (your name, organisation, position (optional) and email address) exclusively to register you for this event and to establish a picture in advance of the type of participants who have registered. We will not pass on your data to third parties and, if we wish to do so at any time, we will do so only with your consent. After the event, your data will be stored for twelve months in order to send you any correspondence that may be required pursuant to the event. At the end of that twelve-month period, your data will be removed from the records created for the event.
